Build YOUR WORKSHOP™

One Elite Workshop. Configured Around Your Business.

You’ve seen the Elite Workshop™, its three connected systems, and the optional Advanced Logic Hub™.

You’ve seen what that connected operating environment can look like inside a business.

Now the question becomes practical:

What Should Your Elite Workshop™ Look Like — and What Will It Cost?

CLEAR FROM THE START.

ScaleFlow believes a good partnership should begin with clarity.

Before you decide whether to move forward, you should be able to understand what you’re buying, what it costs, why it costs what it costs, and what the path looks like from initial review to a working Elite Workshop™.

We don’t want the important details hidden behind software tiers, vague proposals, or surprises later in the process.

One Elite Workshop. Your Configuration.

WHAT WE'LL COVER

On this page, you’ll see:

What you’re actually comparing.

What comes with an Elite Workshop™ — and what it costs.

Why the investment is structured the way it is.

What can change that investment.

How we determine your recommended configuration.

How you move from understanding the business to Test Drive, production, and Go Live.

PART 1 — BEFORE WE TALK ABOUT PRICE

First, Understand What You're Comparing.

There are several ways to bring technology into a business.

They can look similar on a feature list.

They are not the same thing.

SOFTWARE ACCESS

You get the tools.

You carry the responsibility for turning them into something the business can actually operate through.

PRECONFIGURED SOFTWARE

You start with more already built.

Workflows, pipelines, automations, forms, calendars, and other pieces may already be prepared.

That's a better starting point than an empty account.

But the system still has to fit the business, work with what is already there, and become something the team can actually use.

OUTSOURCED SERVICES

Someone Else Performs a Defined Responsibility for You.

That can make sense when the business genuinely wants to outsource that responsibility.

But outsourcing part of the business is different from building an operating environment your own company can work through.

SCALEFLOW

A Professionally Installed Operating Environment With an Ongoing Partnership Behind It.

ScaleFlow sits in a different place.

We provide the operating technology.

We professionally install and configure it around the business.

We help the Client begin operating through it.

We support the installed environment.

And as the business changes, the environment can continue changing with it.

Not Just Software.

Not a One-Size-Fits-All Template.

Not an Outsourced Business.

A Professional Operating Partnership™.

PART 2 — PRICE VS. COST

Before Comparing Prices, Compare Responsibilities.

A software subscription has a price.

But making that software useful inside a real business may require someone to:

configure it • connect it • build workflows • test it • learn it • troubleshoot it • maintain it • keep adapting it

Those responsibilities have a cost too—even when they never appear on the software invoice.

Sometimes that cost is money.

Sometimes it’s internal labor.

Sometimes it’s lost time.

And sometimes it’s the owner doing implementation work after the rest of the business day is already over.

Price Tells You What You Pay for Access.

Cost Also Includes What It Takes to Make That Access Useful.

Don't Fall Victim to the 2 A.M. Failure Trap™.

Why ScaleFlow Doesn't Just Sell You Software and Wish You Luck.

The software may be excellent.

The demo may look great.

The feature list may look great.

The monthly price may look great.

Then somebody still has to make it all work inside the business.

Another tutorial.

Another workflow.

Another setting.

Another automation that didn’t fire.

Another night spent trying to make the system work instead of running the business.

That's the 2 A.M. Failure Trap™.

The tool that was supposed to create capacity becomes another project competing for the owner’s capacity.

The problem isn’t necessarily the software. The problem is expecting software access by itself to create an operating system.

That’s Why ScaleFlow Takes a Different Approach.

PART 3 — THE SCALEFLOW APPROACH

The Tools Are Only One Part of What You're Buying.

An Elite Workshop™ relationship brings several responsibilities together.

THE OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

The technology and systems your business operates through.

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION

The work required to establish the Elite Workshop™ around your business and make the approved systems work together.

SUPPORT

A path back to ScaleFlow for normal assistance, troubleshooting, maintenance, and help using the installed environment.

A CONTINUING OPERATING RELATIONSHIP

Your business will continue to change.

People, processes, technology, and priorities evolve.

Because ScaleFlow already understands the environment we’ve built with you, the Workshop can continue adapting as the business evolves.

✅The Software Matters.

✅The Configuration Makes It Yours.

✅The Support Helps You Operate It.

✅The Partnership Helps It Keep Up With the Business.

The tools matter. The systems make them work together. The partnership helps them keep working as the business evolves.

PART 4 — WHAT DOES YOUR ELITE WORKSHOP™ COST?

One Elite Workshop. Clear Pricing.

Elite Workshop™ is one configurable operating environment.

It is not a collection of separate software subscriptions or artificial pricing tiers.

The standard Workshop begins with two core investments:

THE OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

and

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION

Optional capabilities can then be added when the business actually needs them.

WHAT COMES WITH YOUR ELITE WORKSHOP™?

One Connected Operating Environment.

Every Elite Workshop™ is built around:

REVENUE ENGINE™

SPEED-TO-LEAD SUITE™

GROWTH ENGINE™

The standard Workshop also includes approved supporting capability for responsibilities such as:

Lead Response

Estimate Follow-Up

Local Authority

Google Business Profile

Online Listings

Review Harvesting™

Database Reactivation

Those capabilities are part of the Elite Workshop™ and do not become separate Workshop charges simply because similar services may also be available separately.

ELITE WORKSHOP™ OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

$497 / month

This is the continuing investment for your installed Elite Workshop™ operating environment.

It keeps the Workshop relationship in place and includes the ongoing support and maintenance that belong with the installed environment.

(Scroll Through the Slideshow to Explore the Elite Workshop™.)

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION

$995 / One-Time

This Helps Keep Your Workshop From Becoming Another 2 A.M. Failure Trap™.

Turning business software into a working system can involve things like:

business information • users • forms • calendars • communication • pipelines • workflows • automation • operating rules • system connections • testing • initial environment preparation

And that's before you get into anything unusual or highly specialized.

You could try to figure all of that out yourself.

Just like you could buy an air-conditioning system, watch a few videos, and try to install it yourself.

Could you eventually figure it out?

Maybe.

But buying the equipment and installing the system are two different jobs.

Professional Installation & Configuration is ScaleFlow doing the installation work required to turn the technology into a working Elite Workshop™ for your business.

That’s why ScaleFlow doesn’t sell unconfigured software and call the job finished.

A login may give you access to the tools. It doesn’t make those tools work inside your business.

You Shouldn't Have to Become a Systems Integrator Just to Get the Benefits of Better Systems.

Add Capacity When the Business Actually Needs It.

Not every business needs every capability.

Optional additions are available when they solve a legitimate operating need.

OPTIONAL AI CAPACITY

Advanced Logic Hub™

Advanced Logic Hub™ is the optional AI layer within Elite Workshop™.

You don't need AI simply because AI is available.

When additional AI-assisted capacity makes sense for the business, you can add the appropriate level.

AI RECEPTIONIST™

+$395 INSTALLATION

+$297 / MONTH

Adds front-line AI communication and operating capacity where that responsibility belongs.

AI EMPLOYEE™

+$995 INSTALLATION

+$497 / MONTH

Adds broader AI operating capacity and includes AI Receptionist™ responsibility where applicable.

No AI → AI Receptionist™ → AI Employee™

Add the level of AI capacity the business actually needs.

WHEN THE BUSINESS NEEDS MORE THAN THE STANDARD CONFIGURATION

Standard Configuration Has a Known Price.

Specialized Work Requires a Defined Scope.

The standard Elite Workshop™ installation covers the normal work required to make the Workshop and the capabilities you've purchased functional.

Some businesses need more.

That may include things such as:

additional system connections

custom integrations

specialized migrations

unusual workflows

non-standard automation

specialized lead-capture experiences

or other work outside the standard installation

When additional work is required, we identify it, define the scope, and include it in your recommendation and estimate before production begins.

You Pay the Standard Price for Standard Configuration.

Specialized Work Is Scoped Only When Your Business Actually Requires It.

PART 5 — HOW WE BUILD YOUR WORKSHOP™

Understand the Business Before Prescribing the Workshop.

The pricing above tells you what the standard Elite Workshop™ costs and what optional additions are available.

But the next question is more important:

Which Configuration Actually Belongs in Your Business?

That's why the ScaleFlow process begins with understanding your business—not simply selecting features.

OPTIONAL STARTING POINT

PERFORMANCE REVIEW™

Get a Closer Look at Where Stronger Systems Could Help.

The Performance Review™ is an optional diagnostic that gives you and ScaleFlow a closer look at how your business handles opportunity—from what customers experience on the outside to the systems and processes working behind the scenes.

Together, we look at:

where the business is already strong;

where opportunity may be leaking;

where systems are disconnected;

where manual dependence creates vulnerability;

where customer continuity could improve;

where stronger operating visibility could help;

and what actually deserves attention.

The objective isn't to create a longer feature list or force the business into a predetermined solution.

It's to create a clearer picture of what's working, where gaps may exist, and where stronger systems could make a measurable difference.

A Performance Review™ can help inform the next conversation—but it isn't required before scheduling a Performance Partnership Consultation™.

STEP 1 — PERFORMANCE PARTNERSHIP CONSULTATION™

This Is Where The Elite Workshop™ Starts Becoming Your Workshop.

The Performance Partnership Consultation™ is where we take the time to understand your business, discuss your goals, and work through what belongs in your Elite Workshop™.

If you've already completed a Performance Review™, those findings can help inform the conversation. If not, we'll begin with the discovery needed to understand your business and the operating needs that matter most.

You bring the knowledge of your business.

ScaleFlow brings experience with the systems, operating patterns, and possibilities available through the Elite Workshop™.

Together, we determine what makes sense for your business.

WHAT BELONGS IN YOUR WORKSHOP?

KEEP

What is already working and should remain?

CONNECT

What should remain in place and connect with the broader environment where appropriate?

CONFIGURE

How should the Elite Workshop™ be prepared around your business, people, processes, communication, and operating rules?

ACTIVATE

Which capabilities and responsibilities should be put to work for your business?

ASSIST

Where does it make sense for ScaleFlow to carry additional approved responsibility?

Keep. Connect. Configure. Activate. Assist.

The objective isn’t to install everything ScaleFlow offers.

It’s to determine what actually belongs in your business.

STEP 2 — RECOMMENDED WORKSHOP CONFIGURATION

Turn What We’ve Learned Into a Clear Recommendation.

By this point, ScaleFlow has developed a clearer understanding of your business, your goals, what's already working, where stronger systems may be needed, and what belongs in the operating environment.

Now we turn that understanding into a recommended Elite Workshop™ configuration.

You should be able to see:

WHAT STAYS

The systems, processes, or responsibilities that are already working and should remain.

WHAT CHANGES
The areas where the existing approach should be improved, replaced, or moved into the Elite Workshop™.

WHAT CONNECTS
The approved compatible systems that should remain in place and connect with the broader environment where appropriate.

WHAT SCALEFLOW PROVIDES

The Elite Workshop™ systems and capabilities being recommended.

WHICH OPTIONAL ADDITIONS BELONG

No AI, AI Receptionist™, AI Employee™, Social Presence System™, or other available additions where they make sense.

WHAT INSTALLATION REQUIRES

The standard configuration and any additional specialized work already identified.

Know What We’re Recommending — and Why — Before You Experience It.

STEP 3 — SCOPE & EXPECTED INVESTMENT

Turn the Recommendation Into a Clear Plan.

The recommended Client configuration shows what we believe makes sense for your business.

Now we turn that recommendation into a clear scope so you can see what ScaleFlow is proposing to provide and what that direction is expected to cost.

Before anything moves forward, you should understand:

YOUR ELITE WORKSHOP™

The operating environment being recommended for your business.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION

The one-time investment required to prepare and install the recommended Workshop.

YOUR OPTIONAL ADDITIONS

Any AI, Social Presence, or other approved additions included in the recommendation.

ANY SPECIALIZED WORK

Any clearly identified work that falls outside the standard installation.

YOUR EXPECTED MONTHLY INVESTMENT

The recurring investment associated with the recommended configuration.

Configuration Defines the Scope.

Scope Defines the Investment.

And most importantly:

You Should Know What We’re Proposing — and What It Is Expected to Cost — Before You Decide Whether to Move Forward.

STEP 4 — COMMITMENT & ACCEPTANCE

Agree on the Direction Before We Prepare Your Test Drive™.

Once you understand the recommended Workshop configuration, scope, and expected investment, you decide whether you want ScaleFlow to move forward with that direction.

If you do, we confirm the agreed configuration, pricing, responsibilities, and any specialized work that belongs in the relationship.

The commercial terms are documented, the agreed installation investment is handled, and ScaleFlow is authorized to begin preparing your Elite Workshop™ environment.

Understand the Recommendation.

Agree on the Direction.

Then Experience It.

STEP 5 — 7-DAY TEST DRIVE™

Experience Your Elite Workshop™ Before the Continuing Relationship Begins.

Once the direction is agreed upon, ScaleFlow prepares your controlled Test Drive™ environment based on the configuration and scope we've established together.

PRE-PRODUCTION SANDBOX

The Test Drive gives you an opportunity to:

see the environment;
explore the agreed configuration;
understand how the major systems work together;
experience the interface;
ask questions;
and begin learning how the Workshop can operate inside your business.

The Test Drive™ is a controlled evaluation and transition period—not the completed live production environment.

During those seven days, you can experience the direction firsthand while ScaleFlow works with you through the agreed implementation process.

See It. Explore It. Understand It. Then Decide Whether to Continue.

There is no automatic conversion when the seven days end.

There is no automatic billing.

Moving Forward Requires Your Decision.

STEP 6 — CONTINUATION, PRODUCTION & HANDOFF

Then We Build Your Production Elite Workshop™.

If you decide to continue with ScaleFlow after the Test Drive™, we move the agreed environment through the remaining production work required for your business.

ScaleFlow completes the approved configuration, connections, workflows, automation, testing, and other production work included in the agreed scope.

The time required to move from Test Drive™ to production can vary depending on the configuration and work involved. The objective is to complete the agreed environment correctly and get the working system into your hands as promptly as the scope allows.

Once the production environment is completed and tested, we review it with you, complete the handoff, and prepare your Elite Workshop™ to become part of the active operating relationship.

You Decide to Continue.

We Complete What We Agreed On.

PART 6 — EXPERIENCE THE RESULT

Better Systems Make the Business Easier to Operate — and Easier to Grow.

ScaleFlow isn’t building operating systems because businesses need more software.

In fact, the goal is often the opposite:

to move away from a patchwork of disconnected tools and subscriptions and toward one connected operating environment where the right systems work together around your business.

The point is to help your business perform better.

That means helping you and your team:

CAPTURE MORE OPPORTUNITY

Protect more of the leads and opportunities your business is already creating.

IMPROVE VISIBILITY

See more clearly what’s happening across customers, opportunities, communication, and next steps.

FOLLOW UP BETTER

Make consistent follow-up easier without depending entirely on memory and manual effort.

TURN MORE OPPORTUNITIES INTO PAYING CUSTOMERS

Help legitimate opportunities keep moving instead of quietly disappearing.

KEEP CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS WORKING AFTER THE FIRST TRANSACTION

Support reviews, repeat business, referrals, retention, and future opportunities.

CREATE MORE OPERATING CAPACITY

Let systems carry more of the repeatable work so you and your team can focus where judgment, expertise, leadership, and relationships matter most.

The Bottom Line Is Simple.

Better systems should help make your business easier to run, easier to grow, and better at turning opportunity into revenue.
